Central Park is situated on Park Crescent. Facilities include the sunken garden, the sensory garden, two play areas, sand-pit and soft surfacing around the paddling pool. Food and drink are available from the Willow Cafe.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • it helps you to keep active through various activities such as tennis, football or bowls,
  • spending time outdoors can boost mood,
  • it has lots of space and facilities to spend time and connect with family and friends.
