Czech and Slovak Seniors Club

Back to Activities
The Czech and Slovak Seniors Club is for people age 55+ living in Peterborough & Fenland. It is an opportunity to learn about healthy lifestyles while socialising and meeting like-minded people who speak your language.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • Socialising without language barriers makes it easier to meet new people, reducing feelings of isolation.
  • Taking part in new activities can give a sense of achievement.
  • There are opportunities to learn more about healthy lifestyles, including support via the Eastern European Health Trainers who speak your language.
