Runtogether Sprinters, Walkers and Trash Talkers (SWATT)

Back to Activities
SWATT is a group for those that don’t necessarily want a full-on running club, but want recreational fitness and running, relaxed and available to everyone of any ability. Whether you want to end up sprinting, walking or talking to others, this group is open to you.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • encourages better personal fitness
  • exercise helps mental health wellbeing
  • they cater for and welcome all abilities

‘I never thought I could run 5K after struggling that first week just doing 1 minute. Now 9 weeks later I am a lot fitter and can now run 5K!’
