Eastern European Health Trainer – Healthy You

Motivational behavioural change support for up to a year, in your national language. They will engage with translator services if the Health Trainers do not speak your language.

You will receive 6 sessions of one-to-one healthy lifestyle support: a 60-minute initial assessment, then 30 minutes thereafter.

Appointments are booked to suit you; you can choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly appointments.

They will support you with:

• Healthy eating
• Losing weight
• Increasing physical activity
• Stopping smoking
• Reducing stress
• Cutting down on alcohol
• Sexual health concerns
