At the Richmond Fellowship all of their employment advisors are qualified to NVQ Level 4 in Information, Advice and Guidance.
They aim to work holistically and in partnership with their clients to help them find the work and training opportunities they want.
Each client is supported by an employment advisor who works with them to understand their aspirations and to design an action plan to achieve their employment and training goals. They also provide in-house OCR accredited IT training.
They can offer clients:
Clients should be aged over 18, living in Peterborough, diagnosed with mental ill health (this includes stress, anxiety and depression) and motivated to engage with the services provided.
Autism and Asperger’s Employment support.
They offer 1:1 support for people over 18, living with Autism or Asperger’s and mental ill health across Cambridgeshire. They can support you to find new employment or support you to manage work place situations to retain your employment.
You can self-refer. Referrals are also welcomed from any organisation in the area providing services to clients with a mental health diagnosis including secondary mental health services, GPs and primary care professionals, IAPT services, employers and Jobcentre Plus.
Appointments may be face to face in your local area, virtual or over the telephone.
